What would your bookings earn?

Set a price for each kind of space and choose how many bookings members pay for versus cover with free credits. Volumes come from 12 months of anonymized booking data from our platform, scaled to the size of your space.

Your space

Starts at 12 meeting rooms and 140 desks. Bookings scale with the number of rooms and desks you enter.

How bookings are paid

Free credits are included in membership and earn nothing. Paid bookings earn the price. Anything left over is demand that drops off once members are charged.

Revenue by month

Follows the seasonality in the data: quieter around Ramadan and in early summer, busiest in November and late summer.

By space, per year

About the data. Anonymized booking data from coworking spaces on our platform with a Sunday to Thursday week, covering 12 months (October to September). Bookings were free during this period, so the volumes show demand at a price of zero. Volumes are expressed per meeting room and per desk, then scaled to the numbers you enter.

Space types are read from booking length: bookings under a day count as meeting-room hours; single full-day bookings as desk days; bookings of two to five days (mostly the whole work week) as multi-day desks, priced per day. A few long-term allocations over a week are left out. When one member books several spaces for the same time, each counts as its own booking.
